Purchase Ledger Clerk required

Llantrisant area

Salary of circa £17,000 per annum

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the role to include-

- Overall management of the invoicing process for specific departments
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
- Liaise with commercial team on invoice pricing discrepancies
- Liaise with stores on invoice booking in discrepancies
- Posting invoices to the ledger
- Weekly BAC`s payments
- Issuing remittance advices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Audit of monthly GRNI
- Monthly statement reconciliations
- Preparation of month end accruals
- Assisting other team members and assist with holiday cover
- General office duties as and when required

Essential Requirements -

- An ability to work methodically and accurately with a keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and confident with the ability to work on own initiative but also works well within a team
- Well organised and the ability to work to tight month end and other deadlines
- Eager to learn, who has a can-do attitude and not afraid to get stuck in
- Has Excel and Outlook experience
