ArtisHR are currently supporting an exciting business who are going through some extensive change, we are recruiting for them for a HR Business Partner on a 12 month ftc initially. Salary £45,000 - £55,000 + £474 p/m car allowance Depot People Business Partner - (Field Based, Midlands & South Region) Looking after the below locations: Birmingham, Leicester, Lincoln, Milton Keynes, Newmarket, Nottingham, Peterborough, Shrewsbury, Stoke-on-Trent, Wednesbury, Bournemouth, Crawley, Croydon, Hammersmith, Hemel Hempstead, Hornsey, Lancing, London Travel News, Oxford, Reading, Slough, Southampton, Stevenage About the Depot People Business Partner role: Joining us as an experienced People Business Partner, you'll work directly for the Head of Organisation Development and be responsible for working with the Functional leads in creating and implementing sustainable plans concerning building capability, talent management, colleague engagement, organisational design and change management. This is a critical role to deliver the transformation in culture and ensure colleague and customer centricity are embedded in all that we do. Key responsibilities include: Proactively drive plans to improve performance and build capability talent and succession plans and implement effective enabling processes Be actively involved in the development of business strategies, ensuring the people implications and opportunities are identified and executed Drive and enable the delivery of key people projects within the functional teams by defining specific implementation plans and to maximise the benefits and minimise disruption Continually challenge the status quo and culture to ensure the voice of the colleague and customer is at the forefront of decisions Act as a role model and manage collaboration across teams, working in partnership to fully understand the key drivers and to facilitate creative ideas and organisational solutions Inspire the teams and colleagues to deliver the transformation plans and provide coaching and deliver communications and training that builds confidence Act as a sounding board and coach/mentor to senior managers/colleagues and develop effective networks and relationships across services/within People team and external bodies Ensure managers are trained and coached in all aspects of their approach to people management, compliance and development practices, working with other Business Partners and wider colleagues to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach We are ideally looking for candidates that reside in the Midlands area. About You: You'll be able to evidence: Demonstrated resilience & ability to challenge stakeholders across all levels Preferably have previous experience in a HR field based position and willingness to drive Experience with managing capability issues across all levels At least 2 years' experience working within HR Demonstrated experience of time management Desirable: CIPD qualified or studying towards Preferably have experience dealing with drivers/ warehouse colleagues Have experience in dealing with large client groups (4,000 colleagues Artis Recruitment provide specialist recruitment services within HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Marketing, Customer Contact and Executive Search.
