Base 37.5 hours per week with overtime available at premium rates after 12 weeks duration.
£18.05 per hour Limited company / umbrella which goes upto £22.03 after 12 weeks qualifying period.

Our high profile client in the automotive industry is currently looking to recruit a Payroll Analyst to work at their busy site in Warley, Essex

•Use of Oracle eBuisness
•Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage complex data sets
•Ability to use Microsoft applications, primarily Microsoft Excel

***Payroll Analyst***

Position Description:

A large Motor Manufacturer with 11,000 UK-based employees is looking for an experienced Payroll professional to join a team of Payroll analysts responsible for dealing with pay queries.
•Will be responsible for resolving pay queries for both hourly and salaried employees and will have significant Payroll and legislative knowledge
•Will require a good working knowledge of Oracle Payroll, be able to manage third party relationships and motivate others
•Strong analytical skills are advantageous and key for understanding complex payroll rules and resolving issues under tight deadlines
•A keen focus on control and audit requirements and data protection rules for personal data

Skills Required:
•Prior use of Oracle eBusiness payroll software
•Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage complex data sets
•Ability to communicate well at all levels
•Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
•Excellent administration and organisational skills essential
•Ability to use Microsoft applications, primarily Microsoft Excel

Skills Preferred:
•Prior use of Oracle eBusiness payroll software
•Prior use of Crown Open Options timekeeping systems
•Knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance and Other Statutory Deductions

Experience Required:

Previous experience in Payroll or Human Resources function

Experience Preferred:
•Previous experience of both hourly-paid and salaried payroll operations
•Payroll systems development, change management and UAT

Education Required:
•Degree and/or equivalent qualification or experience required
•Professional Payroll qualifications
