HR Business Partner 12 - 18-month FTC Salary £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum plus benefits Location: Caerphilly Do you want to be part of an exciting and innovating learning and teaching establishment? My client attracts students from over 130 countries across the world and due to the natural evolvement of the HR team, they currently require an experienced and credible HR Business Partner. Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will be utilising a full range of HR and OD skills in an organisation that has a challenging agenda. If this sounds appealing then please read on..... Main purpose of the job Delivering comprehensive professional and strategic business focussed advise to Senior Management on the full range of HR and OD services Supporting change initiatives whilst promoting the desired performance enabling organisational culture and supporting core values Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with leaders of Corporate Departments and their Managers Advising and supporting managers within Faculties and Departments to enable informed decision making on various matters Lead on specific employee relations matters around case work including advising investigating officers, advising at hearings and appeals Liaise with client contacts over HR reports and analytical information, interpreting and advising as appropriate Participate in the continuous activity of business process re-engineering within the HR/ OD function Actively contribute to the development, review and implementation of policies and procedures Promote best practise in relation to equality and diversity issues, health and safety and general data protection Skills, experience and qualifications required Chartered status CIPD or equivalent Effective Business Partnering skills and experience Ability to influence senior management Forge immediate and effective relationships founded on demonstrable HR consultancy skills Excellent and up to date knowledge of current and forthcoming employment legislation Experience of working within a complex and unionised environment If you would like to learn more about this role and feel you poses the necessary skills and experience, please email your CV to: or call me direct on: 01633 486980
