Main responsibilitiesConnecting our Future is a two-year programme - year one is split into three four-month placements designed to develop your understanding of our customers in three of these four areas: Customer Contact Centre, Branch Network, Operations and Digital.

The second year is made up of two six-month placements designed to show you how our teams connect with each other to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ultimately, to discover your career path passion. We’ll work with you to match the business need with your aspirations and you’ll have a choice of all areas of the business, including:  IT, Marketing, Digital, HR, Risk, Finance, Branch, Customer Contact Centre, Audit and Operations.

Connecting our Future is open to anybody who has 80 UCAS points or relevant experience and is flexible about where they work, because some placements will be at our head office in Skipton and some will be in a local branch. 

Applications for 2018 are now open and will close on Friday 1st June. Assessment Centres will run during weeks commencing 9th July and 16th July, with successful applicants starting on Thursday 30th August.
