JOB TITLE: Financial Service Administrator

SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive dependant on experience + pension + death in service + sickness and private medical after 6 months service


Full time – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Par time – A minimum of 20 hours per week

THE COMPANY:   We are currently working with a leading firm of Chartered Financial Planners. They have been helping people manage their personal wealth for more than 20 years.  Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a 2 x Financial Services Administrators to join their office in Spalding.

THE ROLE:  As a Financial Services Administrator you will be mainly dealing with insurance companies, investment managers and colleagues to assist in the management and maintenance of out clients.

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Service Administrator role to include:-                    

- Maintain client records and make sure they are up to date
- Liaise with an advisor to complete any required administration tasks
- Speak with clients and product providers
- Communicate via emails, post and telephone
- Complete all filing on the firm’s client management system

THE CANDIDATE:  The successful candidate will be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing, as well as having strong numeracy skills and experience of computer-based client management systems, Word & Excel. Ideally you will have experience working within a Financial Services background.

Key experience essential for the role of the Financial Service Administrator:-                     

- Minimum of 3 years' experience working within Administration within a professional environment (e.g. solicitors, accountants, bank/building society, estate agents)
- A minimum of Grade C and above in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Live within a commutable distance to Spalding
