Salary: Up to �16,000 DoE

Hours per week: 35

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

About the Compliance Administrator role:

To support the Compliance Monitoring Team in providing assurance over regulatory compliance and good client outcomes across the charity, and to provide general administrative support to the wider Risk & Compliance directorate.

Duties and responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator role:

* To support the compliance monitoring team by sourcing call recordings, system files and other documentation both prior to and during reviews.
* To establish effective procedures for the requesting and provision of such information
* To set up files and folders to enable records and other documentation to be stored and retrieved efficiently
* To maintain and update team documentation and other records as required
* To provide general administrative support to the Regulatory Compliance Monitoring Manager and other managers within the department including the Head of Compliance and Director of Risk & Compliance to include but not limited to photocopying, scanning, printing, collating, filing, setting up meetings and making bookings.
* To manage the charity's suite of core policies, ensuring a record is retained of such policies and a timetable for update
* Any other duties as directed by the Regulatory Compliance Monitoring Manger, Head of Compliance or Director of Risk and Compliance
* Adherence to FCC's policies and procedures
* Take responsibility for own personal development
* Any other duties commensurate with the role.

Requirements of the Compliance Administrator:

* Highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications
* Previous administration experience within a busy team environment essential
* Experience of working in a compliance arena within a financial services firm would be an advantage
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
* Able to balance competing tasks and prioritise where required
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop good working relationships across the Risk and Compliance department
* Able to communicate clearly and concisely
* Flexible attitude
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
