The company - Our Client is looking to appoint a dynamic self-motivated Building Surveyor to join their team of 6.

The Role

The candidate will be sufficient in all aspects of surveying (condition surveys, full building surveys, schedules of condition etc), project management, CDM consultancy work, specification and drawing using AutoCAD, (AutoCAD preferable but not essential), legal work including dilapidations, licenses to alter, Party Wall etc Act work, project monitoring and certification for bank funded projects and other duties and services a traditional building surveyor would perform. The role would be ideal for someone who is used to working alone, is self-motivated and who is prepared to travel to help cover the region.

Candidates will preferably be a member of the RICS or close to membership.
Candidates should be a chartered or nearly chartered building surveyor with key skills in project management, building surveys of all types, and dilapidations.
Party Wall and Act work will also be required, experience not essential
Must have the ability to work autonomously.
Experience in Client care and the generation of new clients.
Providing networking services.
Excellent customer service skills.

Car allowance, pension, healthcare at appropriate stage in employment. Flexible working is offered once established. RICS subscriptions are paid by the company.
