Tudor Employment are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Analyst, based in Cannock.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service and the IT industry.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing 1st class customer support
* Logging and answering calls, providing a timely resolution
* Investigating and diagnosing incidents, ensuring a timely resolution
* Creating support documentation
* Monitoring the progress of the calls to ensure a timely resolution
* Working to tight deadlines

Ideal candidate:

* Must have experience in IT
* Previous customer service experience
* Ability to work well under pressure

A background in IT is essential to effectively carry out this role, so please ensure you have this experience before applying.

Hours of work: 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday, with Saturday work on a Rota basis)

Salary: �16,000 - �20,000 depending on experience

Contract: Permanent

Start date: ASAP
