DO YOU HAVE ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS? **This is a maternity contract for 12 months** JOB ROLE: Sales and Marketing Assistant HOURS : 9.00am - 5.30pm SALARY : £25,000 - £30,000 DURATION: 12 months LOCATION: West End, London CULTURE: Technology, modern offices, friendly warm atmosphere DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Checking on appointments made for the field using reports and views and provide monthly reports in SFDC Monitor and help manage all other marketing campaigns and report on these regularly. Checking each SFDC campaign is going into the right calling queue. Working on matching leads and accounts Bi-weekly calls with SFDC super users Becoming the team's expert for SPI and SPP with calculating and communicating the quarterly reseller results as well as taking over the communication of the reseller payout details and dashboards Supporting our UKI Sales team and our software & sales partners with their marketing requests (providing material and monitoring the material stock and orders, organization of meetings) Preparing weekly sales reports as well as the weekly Salesforce hygiene reports Supporting the organization of partner conferences and regional workshops as well as assisting the Marketing Manager in organizing trade shows Administrative support for the whole team including processing and tracking purchases, being responsible for the shared email inbox and bookings for our sales team via hotel desk, answering the inbound telephone calls and updating our reseller and partner listings in different systems Communication to partners via phone and email Reviewing web pages, press releases and other documents when needed. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Successful track record (around 2-3 years of experience) working within sales and marketing support and administration Good knowledge and practical experience in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools Energetic and balanced personality with a drive for results Great communicator who likes to work within a fast-moving environment Ability to work independently and closely with colleagues on several topics Advertised by Office Angels Oxford Street.
