Sales Administrator

Location: Wimbledon, SW19

Salary: �21,500

Shift Pattern: 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (rotating each week)

Start time: 22:00pm-06:00am or 23:00pm-07:00am

Solstice is a distribution company with a difference. Supplying London's Restaurants, Hotels, bars & Catering companies with fresh seasonal produce 7 days a week.

Duties of the Sales Administrator:

* To provide customer with relevant product and service information
* To respond to all customers enquiries appropriately & professionally and resolve customer complaints where necessary
* To answer all calls professionally, accurately and consistently providing customers with an efficient and effective service
* Record and update customer database with relevant information
* To resolve customer query effectively and efficiently and route calls to the appropriate resource where necessary
* Be pro-active in gaining an understanding of Solstice products, processes & services
* Effectively and consistently manage order cut off times and bespoke processes for all customers types including National Accounts
* Maintaining a professional and respectful manner when communicating with colleague and customers in line with Reynolds values
* Work as necessary to provide optimum cover to customers during business hours
* Attend staff meetings and training courses as required.

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

* Previous experience of working in a similar Sales Administration role within a customer focused environment
* Experience of using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel etc
* Strong Literacy and numeracy skills
* Have the ability to work on own initiative
* Be proactive and helpful.
