Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?Are you an experienced Customer Care Project Manager looking to work for a national market leader? Do you have experience within the home-building industry? If so this could be the perfect role for you! Location: Stafford 12 months FTC (potential to be extended) Primary function: Your main responsibility is to deal with customer concerns received by telephone or written communication and co-ordinate and administer all activities in a timely and professional manner, and deliver our clients excellent commitment to the customer journey. Your responsibilities are as follows: Keep purchaser's plot file up to date Working extremely closely with the Area Manager to ensure you fully understand and are able to deal with requirements from inspection Liaise with customers ,contractors and suppliers to ensure a effective and efficient solution is provided within a timely manner To agree dates and access with customers To have regular contact with customers To inform customers and provide update whilst work arranged is underway Conduct follow up calls Produce remedial tracking report for all of the Are Customer Manager visits Providing regular updates to Area Customer manager on work that is being carried out (this also include high profile/ complaint customers Record receipt of all Purchasing correspondence and respond within 3 days Log all calls and regularly update the system Issue instructions to customer care technicians/ sub-contractors Produce Technicians job sheets Ensure all appointments are made in a timely, professional and effective manner Raising of purchase order and invoice for new stock All other administrative duties About you At least 2 years in Customer Care/Project Manager experience within a home building environment IT literate - excellent understanding of all Microsoft software Excellent written and verbal skills The proven ability to understand such process Previous experience handling complaints and providing solutions Great planning and organisational skills Meticulous attention to detail Able to multi-task Interviews are taking place next week, all applications must be submitted by 4pm on Friday 8th June.
