The hiring Company is a leading name in their specific market and have been expanding at a steady pace over many years, supported by strong fund performance and an ongoing significant increase in AUM.

This is a hand-on role requiring someone with around 5 years Project Management experience in business change projects, within financial services. The ideal candidate will have in-depth understanding of project managing business initiatives including the introduction of new business processes to support these initiatives, and multi-tasking across multiple cross-functional projects dealing with all business units globally.

Typical projects will include:

- Corporate strategic change implementations
- Technology improvements new rollouts across business lines
- Operations and Finance business process efficiencies
- Compliance regulation and risk management

The role holder must be able to prioritise tasks, work within deadlines, taking a pragmatic and considered approach, paying close attention to detail. Ready to take a hands-on role as appropriate, owning all elements of the analysis covering both project management and the technical analysis of a subject matter expert.

Responsible for end to end on/off-boarding process of new/existing clients. Frequently interact with key stakeholders to develop strong partnerships, eliminate roadblocks and ensure continuity of information flow across each team as appropriate for on/off boarding business.

Key Skills and Background

Project Management, with experience in organisation wide initiatives and change management, within financial services.
Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills relevant to the role.
Comfortable to work in a complex organisation, especially where high levels of client focus and stakeholder engagement are involved.
Successful implementation of projects.
Experience of different project delivery methodologies.
Experience of Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellence stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Highly analytical - ability to solve problems.
Good understanding of Compliance.
