Sales support, basildon My client based within Basildon is looking for a Sales Support Administrator who will be responsible for delivering full day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to both internal and external customers Key Challenges: Quality check and submission of all sales orders into the order to cash cycle Provide full support to all customer queries, ensuring complete satisfaction by the customers is achieved Complete all validation checks from orders and contracts processed to ensure accuracy of customer order and on going service delivery Maximise all opportunities to increase sales achievement Provide on going administration support to our customers throughout term of the contract Solve problems based on practise and precedent Make decisions which are guided by policies, procedures and business targets Delivery of Daily Operational targets as set by line manager Provide full administrative support to allocated sector Key Relationships and Interactions: External customers Direct Sales Customer Administration Commercial & Operational Finance Customer Accounts Business Leaders Service & Logistics Knowledge and Experience Requirements:Essential: Strong Administration and Customer Service experience High organised and methodical in approach to work and comfortable multi-tasking High level of attention to detail Comfortable communicating at all levels Previous experience working within a customer facing environment Good analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) To be successful in this position you need 1-2 years experience working in a Sales Administration role What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
