This is a fabulous opportunity to take resourcing to a new level within a highly branded UK business. They have a reputation for quality and integrity, and an excellent employee brand in the market. They are now seeking an Interim Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a small team in the delivery of volume resourcing across the customer service division of the business. This role will be a dedicated specialist in ensuring the best individuals are attracted and engaged, whilst working with the wider HR team to ensure they onboarded and set on the right trajectory. The right individual here will have a wealth of experience within volume resourcing either as an inhouse specialist or as part of an RPO arrangement. They will be able to demonstrate where they have led teams and partnered the business in the planning and delivery of talent acquisition strategies. They will have utilised a range of sourcing techniques to deliver the right volumes in time critical environments and against budget. They will be a practical hands-on individual with a strategic head on their shoulders. This will be an interim role of at least 6 months.
