Mologic Ltd is a dynamic Company within Contract Research, Product Development and Contract Manufacture, with a team of highly-skilled, specialist scientists, expert in the art of lateral flow development. Partnerships with globally renowned Companies and also with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to bring genuinely innovative products to market have brought Mologic to an exciting threshold, where we now need to expand.

A new position has been created to focus on Sales and Distribution of Mologic diagnostic products, and engage distributors for pipeline products.

Sales & Distribution Manager

Location: Thurleigh

Salary: �60k, car, 25% OTE, pension

Responsibilities of the Sales & Distribution Manager:

* Identify, build relationship with, and negotiate distribution contracts for, distribution partners globally. Drive distributor engagement, deliverables and forecasted sales.
* Achieve sales of Mologic products in accordance with Financial forecast and Annual Commercial Plan
* For pre-launch products, identify, build relationship with, and negotiate distribution contracts for, distribution partners globally. Drive distributor engagement, routes to market and forecasted sales.
* With Marketing Manager, co-create, execute and own Annual Commercial and Marketing Plans for Mologic products, including, but not limited to, Sales Forecasting, territory plan prioritisation, and justification.
* Be the main point of contact between Mologic and distributors, ensuring optimal communication and expected deliverables (e.g. shipments, information, technical query resolution, overdue invoices etc.)
* Maintain awareness of competitive and commercial landscape directly relating to the Mologic product portfolio.

Requirements of the Sales & Distribution Manager:

* Proven track record of international sales and distribution success in medical devices (particularly POC diagnostic devices)
* Influencing and Negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Good relationship skills
* Experience in IVD market
* Management and leadership skills
* Organisation and reporting skills
* Scientific degree or equivalent experience required, with minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

60% travel is expected, home office working and a minimum of 1 day per month in Mologic office.
