Receptionist

LOCATION: Stornoway, Western Isles / North of Scotland

REFERENCE: TSLGJ1480

COMPANY: Our client, based in the Western Isles is a successful well established Civil Engineering and Plant Hire company based in Stornoway are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist.

SALARY & BENEFITS: Excellent rates of pay - Salary negotiable depending on experience

WORKING HOURS: 32-35 hours week

THE ROLE The role of the Receptionist will be pivotal to success to all admin, payroll and HR functions.

Key responsibilities for the Receptionist position:

- Purchase Ledger
- Wages & Payroll
- Assist with Admin and HR
- Managing staff training and accountancy support

THE CANDIDATE: The successful Receptionist will ideally have experience in reception duties, be of pleasant manner and have good organisational and communication skills.

The ability to use Excel & Word would also be beneficial.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience for the Receptionist: 

- Must live within a commutable distance of the Stornoway area
- Will have a good understanding on Microsoft Word and Excel (Desirable)
