Hours - 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

What youll be doing in the Obligations Administrator role

The Obligations team are responsible for the successful and accurate management, administration and reporting for all Government schemes that Utilita must participate in.

You will be responsible for the administration work relating to Government schemes, which as an energy supplier, Utilita must be part of.

Currently, the Obligations team manage 7 different schemes:

- Warm Home Discount (WHD)
- Energy Company Obligation (ECO)
- Feed in Tariff (FIT)
- Guaranteed Standards of Practice (GSOP)
- Green Deal (GD)
- Social Obligations Reporting (SOR)
- Smart Metering Installation Codes of Practice (SMICoP)


This role will involve you liaising with external suppliers and multiple regulatory parties, and operating within industry codes of practice and regulations.

What were looking for in the Obligations Administrator

- We are looking for someone who has a strong administration background, and looking to develop their skills in a busy, growing team.You will need to be able to manage large volumes of data to be analysed and manipulated to deliver accurate results to the relevant industry party within set time frames.
- You will need to have excellent time management skills, a high attention to detail, and be extremely organised.
- We are looking for someone who can challenge current process ideas and implement change to improve efficiency. To liaise with external regulators and feedback any code or regulation changes as applicable into internal processes.
- Although not essential, knowledge of Government schemes would be an advantage.
