An ‘outstanding’ Ealing based independent school are looking for behaviour/learning support mentors and teaching assistants for temporary to permanent roles within the school.

The school are interviewing currently for immediate and September starts. With a dynamic staff team and fantastic training opportunities, this is a great position for those looking to develop within the area of behaviour, youth work and mental health support.

Successful applicants will ideally have proven interest or experience supporting behavioural needs, social difficulties, and mental health. Due to the abilities of the students it is vital that successful candidates are confident in academic support in Maths, English, Science and vocational studies.

If you can fulfil these requirements, you would be great for this school:

* 8:00 – 4:15pm Monday – Friday commitment
* Proven interest and/or experience supporting social and behavioural difficulties
* Live in the borough of Ealing or be able to travel to West Ealing daily
* Driven, pro-active and resilient personality

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
