Our client specialise in fit out, refurb and residential projects. They get involved in a variety of different sectors such as commercial, retail, hospitality, education and leisure. Due to the high volumes of work they are looking to take on an Administrator on a freelance basis. Some duties will include: · Coordinating site office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies · Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary · Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) · Be trained on how to issue out permits and security passes · Meeting and greeting visitors · Managing paper and electronic filing systems · Maintaining stationery supplies · General administration duties i.e. photocopying, scanning etc. · Dealing with telephone calls Requirements · Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities · Excellent organizational skills · Knowledge of MS Office · Ability to work under pressure and deliver work on time
