Are you a proactive, confident and organised Office Coordinator? Do you thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment? We have an exciting immediate opportunity for an engaging Front of House Office Coordinator to join a sociable administration team in a dynamic Birmingham-based company, on an initial 3-month Fixed Term Contract. Supporting the core administration team in a fast paced and challenging role, as the first point of contact to the office for all guests, you will not only be the public face for the business, but also responsible for assisting with the day to day administration of this progressive company. You will be building relationships with suppliers, booking and maintaining meeting rooms, welcoming visitors and acting as the general Office Coordinator providing support wherever may be needed. Very much at the heart of the business, your role will be vital to the day to day operations of the company and maintaining effective administrative control. Alongside your front of house duties, you will be organising travel arrangements, ordering stock, streamlining processes and procedures as part of a vibrant and exciting team. You will be a natural organiser, with amazing attention to detail and with a creative flair. A professional attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills will be the key to success within this organisation. The ability to work autonomously and with little supervision is essential for this exciting and rewarding opportunity. With demonstrable administrative skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced role and the challenges of juggling multiple workloads on a daily basis. While this is a Front of House role, you will be taking a hands-on approach to assisting with organising events, dealing with clients and delivering messages between internal departments. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a corporate front of house administration role.
