Due to the growth and success of this thriving long established company, we are recruiting for two professional, first class Customer Service Advisors to join the established team to help with increased workloads. These roles are offered on an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the view to going permanent.

This role would be ideal for highly experienced customer service/account manager who can juggle tasks, show resilience, learn quickly and proactively support this thriving business. This busy role, therefore the ability to work in a customer led pressured environment is essential.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be reporting to the Team Leader and will look after a portfolio of customers.

Key Duties:

* Correctly recording and interpreting orders, taking account of any specific customer requirements,
* documentation obligations (certificates, export requirements)
* Contacting the planning department to confirm customer
* Working closely with the transport department and/or warehouse to ensure timely and correct delivery
* Following up all outstanding orders
* Ensuring invoices are correct to customers, taking account of all conditions, discounts and special offers

Key Skills:

* Highly numerate and literate with effective communication skills (verbal and written)
* Problem solving skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Computer literate - the ability to use Microsoft Office Packages (especially Excel)
* Ability to show empathy to all customer requirements
* Ability to learn product information and willingness to do so
* Ability to take responsibility for any role undertaken and see tasks through to completion
* Works to a high level of accuracy and pays high attention to detail
* Is a team player and is prepared to “muck in”
* Demonstrates proactivity; a “can-do” attitude, the ability to use initiative and shows resilience

The starting salary is £23,000 and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
