Facilities Co-ordinator – Contract Our client, a leading investment global organisation currently has a new opening for a Facilities Co-ordinator to come on board to help with the smooth running of the Facilities Department. You will work closely with internal and external clients ensuring the highest possible standards and services are provided throughout. Duties will include: Point of contact for internal client and service providers. To ensure that all Health & Safety and other legislations are met. Monitoring of contract performance with agreed service levels. Ensure that all contracts are tendered or renewed. Ensure that all documentation is fully approved by the Legal Dept. Handling purchase orders and invoices and liaising with Finance Dept. Arrange and attend regulation meetings with suppliers and contractors and maintaining good working relationships. Contribute to tender documentation when required. Happy to be on call outside of working hours. Ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner and fully compliant. Working alongside H&S. Processing of expenses for the team. You will have previous relevant experience of working within a large building. Working with budgets. Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong problem solving skills. Able to negotiate. Able to work well to deadlines and under pressure. Self-starter and able to manage your own workload.
