Mando Solutions are recruiting. We work with a variety of well-respected national clients, we are currently looking for the following role – Internal Sales Co-Coordinator (Temporary)

This role is office base, the client are looking for a highly skilled sales coordinator able to operate and achieve commercial success.

Location: Colchester

Duties:
• Focussing on, engaging with, developing and being the first point of contact for a portfolio of non-managed accounts
• Ensure that all commercial target requirements are achieved through a diligent and intelligent approach aligned to companies expectations and requirements
• To gather market and commercial intelligence and feed relevant data into the Sales Pipeline management process, sharing and escalating knowledge within the business for commercial gain
• Building immediate rapport with customers with an aim to develop the account to the point of hand over to account management status; managing successful internal relationships with all Tarmac company personnel within the customer fulfilment process
• Ensuring the customer service expectations are met through influence developing a service excellence ethos
• In accordance with predetermined target and financial expectations, through customer engagement achieve targeted levels of revenue and profit with pricing decisions all in accordance with Tarmac Pricing Policies
• Ensuring that only nationally agreed best practice process and systems are used
• To fully comply and be active with all Commercial Excellence strategies and policies and to submit commercial intelligence as required to the Commercial Excellence process
• To actively engage with the Sales Force Excellence Program and to take full personal responsibility for own development within role

Qualifications: GSCE standard and a proven track record of being able to gain commercial advantage is essential

Essential Skills: proven sales skills, excellent communication skills (written, numerical and verbal), effective team working, ability to work with and challenge others and able to build strong relationships. High degree of confidence and personal ambition; a strong passion for selling and success. Sound IT skills with good working knowledge of Excel

Duration: 6 months temporary contract

Expected Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Rate of pay: competitive
