Duties of the Business Development Manager:

* Identifying new opportunities within the UK and European FX market
* Work with an existing book of clients.
* Win back previous clients who have live accounts but have not traded in sometime.
* Regular travel within the UK (and occasionally Europe)
* Delivering highly professional presentations to prospective clients and closing face to face meetings
* Effectively manage your team. Drive team morale, ensure, through your leadership they achieve a constant flow of lead generation and face to face meetings
* Ensuring you and your team are fully up to date with Currency Solutions latest products and services in order to optimise your potential to sell them
* Ability to close meetings with prospective clients and open active trading accounts
* As an ambassador for Currency Solutions, you must represent the company with the up most integrity and professionalism.

Requirements of the Business Development Manager:

* Experienced in working in a senior sales role within the FX industry with a strong knowledge of FX products, including options. If you are not already working within FX there is no need to apply.
* Must have a proven track record of delivering (ideally exceeding) on revenue targets and making a key contribution to business growth
* Great team management and leaderships skills are highly desirable
* Willing to travel extensively around the UK and occasionally Europe.
