We at NOW Careers are working with a well known brand on the outskirts of Cardiff who is seeking to recruit a Quality Assurance Officer.

You will required to:

- Take a pro-active approach to the oversight of relationships with service providers on behalf of the client including but not limited to various Capital Ventures LLP (sales and marketing to intermediaries, care homes, solicitors, accountants and others; and compliance oversight of third party intermediaries).
- To receive monthly reports from service providers and to review Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators with them and to chase up of bottlenecks or other service issues arising from breaches of SLAs.
- To review the implementation of all processes, procedures, templates and systems relating to the provision of services in relation to the Care Property Bond.
- Preparing regular reports to the board on service issues (measuring performance against SLAs, minutes of Directors meetings, ensure that action points in minutes are followed up.
- To carry out a project management role to carry out Due Diligence and ongoing monitoring of the performance of service providers.
- To facilitate reviews of service providers by the Board and the insurance manager, if required
- To perform any other relevant duties which the Chairman may require to be carried out.
- To perform a Company Secretarial Role for all subsidiaries, ensuring that all statutory filing is completed within deadlines.

You will have experience with oversight of outsourced functions and who is familiar with management of service provider, be a driven and motivated individual looking for a unique challenge and to work for a company where you can mature into the role and find career progression. You will be a natural manager with a friendly but firm personality who enjoys building strong relationships with external parties and Directors, ensuring that effective communication is delivered to meet or exceed the service delivery expectations. Have the tenacity to chase information and challenge any failures to meet obligations as set out in SLA`s with the external parties whilst recommending improvements to ensure that repeat occurrences are mitigated. You will be an experienced user of Excel, Word, Power Point and have a proven ability to work to strict deadlines finally you will also be a car owner/ driver and willing to travel as required in order to deliver the service expectations of the Board.
