An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join as a Territory Sales Engineer reporting into the Sales Manager, operating within the Southern UK region.

Territory Sales Engineer responsibilities:

As our Territory Sales Engineer, you will be managing and increasing the designated sales territory in line with the AG UK sales targets and strategy. Responsibilities will also include:

- Achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets and coordinated sales projects.
- Generate new businesses opportunities and expand the customer base by acquiring new customers or introducing new products to existing customers by identifying, qualify and closing product applications.
- Provide after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required; including product training and demonstrations.
- Develop & maintain local plans and initiatives to generate sustainable growth for our brands in the market; by developing strong relationships with both end users and distributors.
- Communicate with all Company departments on specific projects agreed with manager.
- Provide business plan development, competitive strategies and market trends to the business.
- Ensure on-time reporting of projects, forecasts, and activity planning
- Maintain and increase the ACE CRM reporting system as outlined in line with AG UK standards and expectations


Who are we looking for?

As our ideal candidate, you must have a minimum HNC or equivalent in mechanical or manufacturing engineering alongside previous sales experience. You will also possess:

- Practical mechanical skills experience.
- Adhesive or similar market sales experience.
- Driven and ambitious attitude, with a passion to succeed.
