Recruitment Consultant (Driving / Logistics)
 
Location – Barton - under Needwood

Maternity cover (min 12 month contract with possibility of perm contract)
 
Salary – Circa £22,000 (negotiable)

Nexus People, part of the Russell Taylor Group of companies are currently recruiting for a talented and experienced Recruitment Consultant (or Experience Logistics Administrator) to join our Driving / logistics on-site team, supporting our client, a national retail organisation.

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate proven track record in the field of Recruitment Consultancy in the Driving sector or an experienced Logistics administrator / planner. You will be ideally have experience of booking drivers or industrial staffing, registering candidates, managing payroll, engaging closely with clients and candidates alike and assisting with their requirements. 

You will be a confident communicator with excellent and interpersonal skills, able to organise and manage your time effectively, be confident in your ability to deal with clients and candidates alike, proven experience of remote working with minimal supervision would also be beneficial.

You will need to posses a driving license and own your own vehicle (all company expenses paid). 

Role Summary

You must have a proven track record within the driving OR Industrial recruitment sector or relevant Logistics experience.
Additionally you will possess strong administration and IT skills, be organised and able to manage your diary and time proficiently.

Working hours to be discussed, however, a high degree of flexibility is sought.
