Lead Generation Associate Responsibilities:

As our Lead Generation Associate, you will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to warm leads provided by our partners in order to generate interest in using Mortgage Advice Bureau and Freedom Mortgages for their mortgage needs. Your responsibilities will also include:

- Multitasking - dealing with multiple lead sources
- Assessing customers based on criteria qualification
- Nurture all leads until ready to speak to an adviser
- Adhere to call SLA's and set KPI's to achieve rewards
- Create, build and maximize own pipeline
- Provide indicative quotes
- Upsell all products and services
- Provide information on the services and products the Freedom Group offer
- Ensure customer queries are answered quickly and efficiently
- Re-engage with non-answered adviser appointments and rebook
- Answer general questions on MAB / FM services and mortgage process
- Book appropriate appointments
- Encourage and help with the use of the customer portal
- To operate Live Chat software (where available)
- Use the correct questioning skills to gather the correct and relevant information
- Represent either MAB or Freedom mortgages appropriately depending on the lead source
- All calls to be dealt with in a professional manner to ensure quality through the business
- Adhering to GDPR and FCA rules
- 1st line complaints handling

The ideal Lead Generation Associate:

To be successful is our Lead Generation Associate, you will have previous experience of Customer Service or Sales and be able to communicate effectively on all levels. You will also possess:

- Experience with Microsoft Office
- A customer champion who believes in the delivery of first class customer experience
- Drive, determination and resilience to meet targets and succeed
- Creative and innovative
- Ability to understand complex procedures
- Ability to build broader business knowledge through networking
- Ability to prioritise when dealing with conflicting demands
