Service Desk Analyst An exciting new contract opportunity has arisen for an experience Service Desk Analyst to join an organisation based in Cambridge. Due to their continued growth and a recent promotion they are now looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to help support their internal and external customers. The client prides themselves on great customer service and as such are looking for a confident individual with a friendly and professional manner that’s used to going the extra mile. On a day to day basis you will be dealing calls from internal and external customers to help fix their technical issues. Ideally they are looking for a 1 st and 2 nd line skillset and you will need to have knowledge of the following; Windows XP – 10, Linux, Office 2007 – 2016, Office 365, Active Directory, group policy and Exchange. This contract is for an initial 3 month period although is highly likely to be extended for the right person.
