Maternity cover up to 12 Months FTC Full time – flexible arrangements considered We’re looking for a talented and creative marketer to join us during the implementation phase of our Go To Market strategy. As Campaign Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to be creative and build on our revitalised strategy, planning exciting integrated campaigns. We’re looking for a confident communicator who is comfortable working collaboratively across teams, managing relationships and inspiring a direction and vision for our strategy. As the Campaign Manager, you’ll also manage and d rive metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing activity with the aim of achieving campaign targets. And, of course, you’ll work with a number of delivery teams to realise your campaign vision and get it in front of teachers. Please note that we’re looking for a full time Campaign Manager but may be able to accommodate other flexible working patterns on a case by case basis. About you We’re looking for someone with: · solid marketing experience with a strong focus on the techniques and frameworks used for campaign design and planning · an analytical mind-set with the ability to review and understand complex and conflicting data to support decision making · a clear, confident and adaptable communication style · the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders at all levels, working cross-functionally and across multiple sites · experience of directly managing external and internal customers and stakeholders · experience working within a medium/large sized fast paced commercial environment.
