Sales Executive (Sponsorship)

Location: Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1NH

Salary: �23,000 - �26,000 + commission (OTE year 1 �50,000 is achievable)

Duties of the Sales Executive (Sponsorship):

* Researching, attracting, closing, retaining and managing new accounts
* Managing, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, leading organisations and partners
* Building a pipeline whilst surpassing all set sales targets for each month / event

Requirements of the Sales Executive (Sponsorship):

* A minimum of 1-3 years' proven experience exceeding targets within sponsorship sales
* Strong command of the legal market or professional service market or solid experience with on-boarding blue chips. (This could mean that you have solid experience selling sponsorship packages to the legal, accountancy, finance or management sectors).
* The ability to be self-starting and to work without supervision
* A very confident phone manner, strong negotiation skills

* Quarterly Bonus - 25% of commission earned over quarter (need to hit each target in the quarter) e.g month 1 - �1000 commission, month 2 - �900 commission and month 3 - �1200 - total commission paid that quarter = �3,100 - additional quarterly bonus paid end of month 3 = �775. Chance to make up difference if miss a month within quarter.
