Grade / Salary: Grade 8 £42,053 - £46,446 Application closing date: 28 June 2018 Job Purpose: This role will develop and take forward a programme designed to transform customer service across NRW whilst supporting the delivery and evolution of NRW’s Customer Strategy. Working in close partnership with senior operational colleagues across business, you will develop and own the transformation programme and projects with responsibility for ensuring that targeted benefits are delivered and sustained and that appropriate accreditation milestones are achieved. Job Specific Criteria : 1. Demonstrable experience of leading development and delivery of the planning, monitoring and controlling of effective programmes preferably in the field of customer service. 2. An appropriate senior/strategic customer service qualification. 3. Demonstrable strategic technical knowledge of developing customer services in a public-sector environment, including digital services. 4. Experience of the development and delivery of both strategic and operational aspects of customer services in organisations offering multiple services, including call centre resources. 5. Demonstrable specialist/senior practitioner expertise in project management methods including MSP and PRINCE2 . 6. Expert knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation and procurement procedures within the public sector Please visit our website for more information
