The Company:
Our client is a well–established international manufacturing company, a worldwide business in the consumer products industry, with multiple well-known brands in various sectors.

Main duties:
To work closely with the Key Account Managers in order to provide excellent customer service to retailers and distributors.

The Role:
• To provide daily sales transactions and liaise with Supply Chain
• To liaise with Supply Planning to ensure stock needed for orders
• To deal with customers queries over the phone, email, web regarding order status, delivery dates and invoicing
• To proceed with orders, invoicing, credits and debits
• To receive and coordinate new customer accounts
• To provide ADHOC reports as requested
• To support the
• To update the customers details accurately
• To handle customers complaints and resolve the issues in an effective and polite manner

The Candidate:
• Fluent in English and German (Written and Spoken) - Essential
• Previous Customer Service experience / Sales Coordination – Essential
• Previous experience working with SAP – Advantage
• Experience / Knowledge of data entry, sales process and shipping documentation - Advantage
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
• Numerate, confident and accurate with figures
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• EDI / VMI experience is an advantage

Salary: £23K pa to £25K pa DOE + Benefits
