Covering the following locations within Cheshire - Crewe, Weaverham, Winsford

Salary: �15,616 (�8 per hour) Sleep in rate �78.30 + overtime rates + benefits

Bank Staff are paid �8.41 an hour.

Full training and a comprehensive induction will be provided as well as ongoing supervision and support, with the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification within care.

We are seeking full time, part time, waking night staff, Outreach and bank staff offering a competitive salary. Previous experience is not essential and we welcome interest from those with a good value base and a commitment to enhancing the lives of others. Successful applicants may be required to drive company and / or Motability vehicles so therefore a full driving licence would be advantageous.

Duties of the Support Worker:

* To provide support, advocacy and information to the individuals we support.
* To provide emotional and practical support to service users.
* To help service users meet their personal care needs sensitively and appropriately to a high standard, including personal hygiene, assistance with laundry, and preparing meals and drinks.
* To support service users to take any prescribed medicine, complying with all medicine policies, including storage, administering and record keeping.
* To enable service users to achieve independence as far as possible in all areas of their life by providing appropriate information, opportunity, training, counselling and support.
* Provide a safe, comfortable and supportive home for the individuals we support
* Introduce service users to a range of facilities and amenities in the local neighbourhood and wider community.

Requirements of the Support Worker:

* Candidates don't need any previous experience as full training and support is provided. All staff are supported to gain recognised qualifications.
* Driving license
* Caring/patient
* A sense of need for others who require support at different levels
* An active team player, also with ability to work on their own initiative
* An excellent communicator
