**HR Advisor– 12 Month FTC- 40-45K Per Annum –London- West End**

Our client is a dynamic forward thinking Property organisation based in London who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. Initially on a 12 month FTC although there may be potential for this to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

New Starter/ Leaver / Changes
Issuing employment documentation, managing reference checks and returned documents, organising the full induction process (IT equipment, email setup and first week meetings)
Ensuring all new starters have the right to work in the UK and the correct documentation is provided Organisation of exit interviews, producing documentation, collection of equipment Issuing change letter documentation, updating the HR System and notifying Payroll
Probation Period
Setting reminders for Team Leaders, requesting feedback and issuing pass or extension documentation Holiday Requests:
Management of the process, monitoring numbers during busy periods and authorising holiday requests on behalf of the Board Directors.
HR System / Information
Keep all personnel files and HR information to update on the HR system(PeopleHR) and online
121 Review Process: Ownership of the process and its implementation
Learning and Development
Using review information to track and log development requirements, assist the HR Director with budget planning for training / development needs and organising internal training sessions / workshops. Recruitment
Ownership of the full recruitment process up to Associate Director Level; drafting job specs, liaising with recruitment agencies, posting jobs on the website, organising and attending interviews.
Manage all absences including sickness, maternity, paternity, jury service etc. Run and handle all maternity cases, flexible working requests, giving advice to employees.
Employee Benefits
Management of all employee benefits schemes and of the benefit broker; Pension, BUPA, Life Assurance, Gym Membership, Childcare Vouchers, SeasonTicket Loans and Cycle to Work.
Employee Relations / Policies
Run employee relations cases including performance, attendance, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance matters in line with employment law and best practice, escalating more complex cases to the HR Director Assist with the review and drafting of new or existing policies

Experience required for this role:

CIPD qualified or equivalent
Previous experience within property industry is desirable but not essential
Experience in managing disciplinary process and Employee championship is a must
Previous HR recruitment, advisory and administration experience within a busy, commercial environment
A self-starter with initiative, drive and motivation to achieve and work alone on some occasion
Good communicator, with excellent attention to detail
An intermediate level of Employment Law knowledge
