JOB SUMMARY

*

Participate in HR and company’s meetings as required as a note taker.
*

To track and report key recruitment/HR metrics as per business needs;
*

Maintaining and updating HR administration related information;
*

To ensure that your own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk by following relevant company’s procedures.
*

To assist in coordinating timely submissions various HRM activities i.e. appraisals.
*

Responsible for the administration of the end to end recruitment process and supporting managers with recruitment processes.
*

Assist managers in interviewing candidates for vacant posts, including interview arrangement, coordinating and monitoring recruitment paperwork in line with GDPR and Equal Opportunity policies.
*

Be responsible for sending out and tracking employment contracts
*

Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
*

To work with the payroll team to ensure the provision of a responsive, high quality recruitment service and support colleagues in resolving recruitment and payroll issues.
*

Liaise with recruitment agencies where necessary and maintain an up to date preferred supplier list
*

Posting job adverts and organising, tracking and disseminating CVs and job applications
*

Preparing new employee files in line with GDPR and employment legislation
*

Provide procedural advice and support to recruiting managers
*

Contact new employees and support with inductions
*

Maintain accurate vacancy tracking
*

Contribute to the continual improvement of recruitment and administrative processes
*

To regularly/accurately update information on internal systems.
*

Co-ordination of HR projects as delegated and appropriate to role.
*

Participate in meetings as required including company’s safety meetings, tutorials, etc.
