We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our client's friendly and committed HR Team on a temporary basis.

The main purpose of this role isto provide pro-active generalist advice and guidance to managers and employees on our client's policies, procedures and employment legislation. A full range of services will be required to be delivered, including: L&D, recruitment and selection, performance management, change management, absence management and employee relations.

This role will work closely with the existing HR Business Partner, reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will take responsibility for specific business areas providing a real opportunity to work closely with managers on a wide range of HR activity but must also be willing to support the SHRBP and HRBP with their caseload when required.

Generalist experience of working in a busy HR office and being CIPD qualified is essential. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of employment legislation alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills and flexibility of approach.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to undertake psychometric assessments before being invited to attend a competency based interview on 12 July 2018
