Our client is looking to recruit an Senior Quantity Surveyor to join there busy team in Essex.

The Client

Our client are a consultancy who work in property and construction and provide a wide range of services across the majority of industry sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity to join their growing business. The client offer a full range of mechanical and electrical consultancy services across all major design sectors including specialist areas such as healthcare and lift engineering.
The team have experience in a wide range of sectors, including housing, conservation, education and health as well as commercial and industrial projects.

The Role

The post holder will be based in the client`s Billericay office. The client are seeking candidates who can demonstrate extensive experience in managing a team as well as preparing bills of quantities in both SMM7 and NRM format. Experience of working in the education and healthcare sector, is desirable.
The role would suit a self-motivated and ambitious individual who is keen to build their career within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications and experience.
