Long term role – Art Teacher – Swansea

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Art teacher at an all inclusive secondary school in the Swansea area rated as ‘Good’ by Estyn.

The school is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Art teacher who can teacher up to GCSE level. The role is beginning after May half term and is likely to last a year (maternity cover) The is a possibility of ongoing employment at the end of the maternity cover for the right candidate.

The right teacher for this position possesses a passion for their subject and the learning and progression of every student fulfilling their potential in academic excellence.

You are required to have:

* PGCE in Art or degree equivalent
* Experience in working within a classroom
* An enthusiastic approach to teaching and desire to be part of the school ethos
* Excellent subject knowledge

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
