We are currently searching for a HR Administrator to join a large, successful company based in Stevanage. As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the HR Administrator will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Responsible for forming and maintaining employee records on the company HR management system.

2. Maintain reports, company policies and legal compliance for the Stevenage site.

3. Stevenage site point of contact for all employee relation matters.

4. As the HR Administrator, you will lead recruitment and induction activity for the Stevenage site.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the HR Administrator we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Part qualified or newly qualified CIPD

2. Work experience in a busy, commercial work place

3. Previous experience in a HR function is essential.
