This 3 star 20 bedroom Boutique Hotel situated in the lovely seaside town of Dunbar just 40 minutes drive from Edinburgh. A small family hotel which prides itself in its food and guest service culminating in many awards this year - Taste our Best and 3 Star Very good from Visit Scotland. Stunning coastline known for lovely beaches, great coastel walks, popular for surfing and other great water sports.

Chef de Partie to support senior members in the kitchen team. Utilising fresh local produce and endeavour to prepare as much as we can in house. Looking to gain more accolades further down the line. Live in can be provided short term if re-locating.


The Chef de partie positions are integral part to the kitchen operation the key tasks you can expect to be involved in are:
- To maintain levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests.
- To be a real Team Player and work to build strong working relationships.
- To ensure knowledge of product, client relationships and service is maintained and communicated
- To ensure effective daily communication within all areas of the Food & Beverage Operation
- To be aware of the security of stock, access and keys at all times.
- To avoid wastage at all times, and ensure food is stored securely and safely.

About your skills
- Previous experience in a similar role a minimum of 1 year
- Outstanding hygiene skills and a certificate in elementary food hygiene.
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills
- Self-Motivated
