Deputy Nursery Manager - South Woodford

Salary: Salary is negotiable, If you have all the experience required then a higher salary is open.

Full Time, Mon - Fri, 40hours per week (shifts vary, mornings and evenings are required)
There is ample room of progression for the right candidate.
What we are looking for?
Level 3 in childcare
Experience working as a deputy manager or team leader within a nursery environment
Full knowledge of Ofsted and EYFS
Able to travel to South Woodford (If they have a car it's a bonus)

Salary is negotiable

Current working experience of the childcare and early education sector.
A sound understanding of child development and children`s needs.
The ability to carry out observations to a high standard and in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Good oral and written communication skills.
An ability to engage with parents in respect of their child`s development.
Good customer awareness.
Commitment to equal opportunities.
Commitment to young children and families.
Friendly, flexible approach.
Ability to work as a member of a team and on own initiative.
Conversant with current legislation relevant to the Early Years


Previous supervision experience
Peer on peer observations
Carrying out 1-2-1 appraisals
Previous exposure to leading a room
