We are seeking to appoint  a Head Concierge to join our team.
Main responsibilities
Key posts (front entrance, security office and rear entrance to be manned in line with protocols
Provide consistent, high standards of service, assistance and a warm welcome to all staff and guests and maintain a reception and back of house presence that offers courteous and attentive service
Ensure that all staff and guests receive fast, efficient and friendly service
Ensure that the concierge team on duty are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the customers or other departments
Ensure messages and team briefings are regularly delivered throughout the day and that shift handovers include the necessary information
Assist with room moves 
Ensure the effective handling and storing of long-term and short-term luggage for arriving/departing Guests and clients
Maintain public areas and all equipment in immaculate condition
Communicate with Security Concierges regarding any unattended luggage
Delivering a high quality and responsive concierge service within the framework provided by the SLA, including, for example, the administration of management systems and procedures for dealing with matters such as visitors, post, deliveries, waste collection, security, health and safety procedures on site etc.
Preparing and administering concierge team shift rotas and supervising daily Concierge operations.
Overseeing training of and (if required) recruitment of helpful members of the Concierge who will operate as individual members of the wider team and who will take pride in the smooth running of this high-end mixed use development.
Monitoring the appearance, standards and performance of the Concierge Team Members.
Acting as a front of house Concierge Team member when necessary.
Managing relationships with service contractors including arranging call-outs and service visits as required through the helpdesk service
Regularly inspecting and patrolling the building to identify repairs/ maintenance issues that need addressing and then actioning these.
Maintaining excellent communications and working relationships with residents and other users of the Development.
Reporting to the owner on a regular basis and if necessary attending weekly meetings (and any other meetings if required by the owner, including meetings with the Residents Committee).
To be the first point of contact in the event of an emergency at the Site (whether in or outside of normal working hours).

Ideal candidate
Previous customer service experience in a supervisory role
The ability to listen and respond to demanding all guest and internal company needs
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, personal presentation and
Great communication and organisational skills
Accountable and resilient to team management
Commitment to delivering a high levels of customer service
Ability to work under pressure
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
