The Role

This in an exciting opportunity to join a Property Management company based in Brentwood, Essex.
They are seeking a Branch Manager to increase office turnover by developing team members, maximising property sales and creating and implementing new marketing materials.


- Setting targets for the office including each of the Sales Negotiators and Lettings Negotiators personal monthly/annual targets
- Dealing with any training and development needs to ensure property sales are maximised
- Attend to valuations as and when required
- Liaise with company Directors and feedback any information based on office performance and discuss strategies to improve turnover
- Conduct weekly meetings with staff to ensure all relevant communication has been carried over
- Assist in maintaining excellent relationships with Landlords and Buyers to ensure referrals and repeat business
- Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing digital and paper filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Must have recent Estate Agency experience in a managerial role
- Industry recognised qualifications such as ARLA, NAEA and NFOPP are advantageous
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment
- Able to identify any training needs and address them with all staff members
