A wealth manager at a leading FTSE 100 company seeks to recruit an efficient and highly organised  Executive Assistant to ensure smooth running of their financial administration and client care processes. You will be required to cover a range of administrative duties including the following key responsibilities : Managing and responding to client queries via email and telephone Diary management Preparation of documents for client meetings and logistical planning for meetings Transposing meeting notes onto existing internal systems and implementing and maintaining new client management systems Financial administration including processing fund switches, setting up new clients on internal databases, chasing letters of authority, liaising with external financial product providers to obtain detailed policy information on pensions, investments and protection policies and ensuring all relevant information is up to date Using analytical software to understand client’s investment positions and carrying out client research as directed Other ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary for successful completion of business, including out of hours working at peak times such as tax year end, end of calendar year. The following essential skills  are requisite for the post: Educated to degree level or equivalent in a numerate/financial discipline 1+ years of work experience post graduation (preferably gained in the finance/wealth or sales sectors) Strong organisational skills Effective communication skills (professional telephone manner, ability to communicate effectively via email) A good command of the English language, both written and verbal Willingness to learn and study to reach mutually agreed career goals for the furtherment of business Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines at peak periods (e.g. end of financial year) An eye for detail and accuracy A “can do” attitude and confidence to take initiative and pre-empt workflow Ambition and drive to go the extra mile to meet targets A demonstrable interest in and commitment to client care and a desire to forge a career in the wealth management sector. This role is offered on a full-time basis at offices in Moorgate, London.
