Interim Divisional HR Director, Professional Services, London, £95,000 - £110,000 plus package, 12 month FTC Our client is a global name in professional services, who has recently gone through a major HR and cultural transformation programme.Now moving into their transition phase, they are looking for a divisional HR Director to lead a sizeable part of their UK HR team, and play a significant role in the HR leadership team as the whole function adjusts to the transformation.Reporting to the Head of People, you will manage a team of HR Business Partners responsible for a division of c.3,000 employees. To be considered for this role you must: Have extensive HR leadership experience within a large matrix organisation, preferably a customer-orientated business Be an experienced people manager; you must have managed large numbers of senior professionals Have areal desire to partner with the business and embed strategic, business focussed HR business partnering solutions Be an excellent relationship builder, with a desire to partner with the most senior stakeholders within the business Ideally will have experience of Partnership environments (Accountancy, Legal etc.) or FTSE 100 blue-chip corporate experience
