Contract Support - Facilities Maintenance - 12 Month Maternity Cover

As a market leading service provider, with an ever-growing portfolio. We are seeking a Contract Support to join a Highly Prestigious Contract to based in Uxbridge.

This role will carry the responsibility of daily communication the on-site client, engineers and taking ownership day to day maintenance support across this prestigious contract.

Job Specification:
Ensure all customer requests are dealt with in an efficient manner, providing comprehensive feedback where necessary
Ensure all faults recorded are logged and assigned to the relevant teams
Liaise with the operational team and third parties for task allocations
Review / coordinate the customer service feedback each quarter and provide Ops Leads with data
Create monthly reports to show the various job types and detail broken down by site
Assist in the coordination of the SLA’s across the portfolio
Create monthly dashboards for the clients across the portfolio showing key information in line with SLA’
Creating / Raising of purchase orders and management of invoicing.
Assist with audit preparation and ensure relevant documentation is shared
Support with the emergency response process, including raising of work orders, reactive work orders and arranging callout of labour from third parties
Support with the assessment of suppliers, ensuring monthly reviews are completed and trended
Responsible for commercial support on the contract through reporting & action to achieve final accounts.
Operate and manage all software relating to daily operations and monthly financing, such as FMP and FMIS
Manage the project log, keeping records up-to-date and highlight any potential overspends or discrepancies for all reactive order and work
Support with any adhoc requests required

Salary & Package:
Salary: Up-to £29,000
Hours of Work: 08:00 - 17:00 (12 Month Contract)

The Person:
Experience working in a customer service role
PC Literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Communication and people skills
Ability to build strong working relationships
Excellent time management and organisational skills
