If you’d like to help protect our customers and prevent financial crime this could be the role for you. We’re looking for a part time Financial Crime Administrator to help with the administrative duties surrounding our routine monitoring or when there’s suspicious activity on our customer accounts. We are very flexible with the hours and working pattern to make this role a success for the right candidate and the team.

Main responsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced administrator to join this curious and meticulous team. You’ll be responsible for completing requests to third parties such as law enforcement and the DWP. Your role will include writing up the letters to a number of different recipients, and providing updates on investigations. You will be responsible for delivering feedback to Branch Managers and Regional Managers regarding case outcomes and recommendations.

Although you won’t be the decision maker, you’ll work closely with the Associates and Officers within the team to support with their admin duties during and after investigations.
Ideal candidateYou’ll need to be enthusiastic, methodical and composed to be successful in this role. This is a busy team that is fast paced and has a very varied workload, so being able to keep up with this level of work is essential.

A keen eye for detail will serve you well as even the smallest detail could lead to something big. A proactive approach is a must, as we want you to challenge the norm to improve processes.

With this contract being 10.5 hours per week, this is great opportunity for the right person to have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience within a very different team. Having some Finance and/or Financial Crime experience would be beneficial, but having experience in an admin role is a must.
