A Sous Chef position has become available at a high end hotel with an excellent reputation for high quality food service in the restaurant and function rooms.This rosette awarded, 3 star establishment has a striking restaurant that serves creative and imaginative cuisine. Comprehensive conference and banqueting are also available and popular with a wide range of cliental.

In the position of Sous Chef you will be expected to support the Head Chef with the management and organisation of the kitchen including running the department in their absence.

Job Criteria:
Previous Sous Chef experience gained from within high volume, fresh food environments where you were cooking to at least one AA Rosette standard is essential for this position. Strong leadership and kitchen management skills are essential for this position.
